Symptoms

When attempting to perform component transaction (WIP issue) in MES, when the component is a lot controlled component item and it has multiple available lots to transact, the following error occurs:

Error
Total lot transaction quantity does not match transaction quantity.

Steps
1. Navigate to Responsibility: MES
2. Find a lot controlled component item with multiple available lots to transact
3. From the Transact Components screen, click on the "Enter Multiple Lot and Serial Number" button.
4. On the Add Lot and Serial screen, enter the lots you want to transact and the quantities (decimal quantity)
5. Click the Apply button

Note: In addition, it appears that this issue is not specific to the Transact Components screen. Even on the Move and Complete screen in MES, if you try to move and complete a decimal quantity, you receive the same error message.
