Symptoms
Defined a custom display in the planning parameter set Appointment Management, Appointment Display String as:
SERVPROV: INDICATOR: OBJECTREFNUM:<DOMAIN>.LICENSE PLATE
The service provider and the indicator are displayed but not the object refnum.

This can be reproducible in the definition ShipmentRefnum.
-- Expected Behavior/Solution:
Object refnum can be displayed.
REPRODUCE STEPS
----------------------
1. Plan Shipment
2. Ensure Shipment Refnum has a value
3. Schedule Shipment in Appointment Manager.
