"Calculate Total" Button On Order Release Confirm To Ship Page Is Not Working

Symptoms
An Order Release is created by Line. Run the "Confirm to Ship" action on this order and run the "Calculate Totals" button. Regardless of changing the "Ship Unit Count" or not, the "Total Weight" and "Total Volume" remain unchanged (i.e. nothing happens).
