Symptoms
On 12.0 version, E-Business Suite Specific
Actual Behavior
An installation completed successfully, but the BI Publisher ribbon is not appearing in ms word when users are logging in.
However, when logging in with admin user the ribbon appears in word.
Expected Behavior
When users log in the bi publisher ribbon is displayed in word.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install ms word plugin for use with BI Publisher.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the bi publisher ribbon in word.
