Work Order Move Order for Allocation Is Approved By Default and Has No Approval Features (Doc ID 1662611.1)

Goal

In Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), whenever a move order (material request) is created from work order, the default status is approved. Is it possible to send it for approvals based on user set up.
Customer would like to have a feature to mention the approver of the work order linked to move order per setup of the work order. There should be a notification to that approver and so the Move order is only created after that approval.
The business would like to have approval workflow for the move orders created from work order.
