ACA Full Time Checkbox Available For Countries Other Than US

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, US HR - General
After applying the patch 18103154 R121:AFFORDABLE 'ARE ACT CHANGES (PAYROLL CUSTOMERS) it was discovered that the ACA Full time is avalable of business groups other than US. In this case the following countries were checked and displayed the ACA Full time is available'
- Romania
- India
- Japan
- Canada
- Bahrain
Steps to Reproduce:
After applying the patch this issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into a responsibility that is not a US legislative specific responsibility for example CA HRMS responsibility for Canada legislation
2. Navigated to People/Enter and Maintain and queried up an employee
3. Click on the Benefits tab
4. The ACA Full Time box is viewable even though it is for US only responsibilities
