iProcurement Browse Category Not Displaying The Items (Doc ID 1663621.1)

Symptoms

On Release 12.1.3 version and higher, Catalog Shopping

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Browsing the categories, the items are not shown up. However, searching the item which has the same categories, it is displayed in the search results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see the items drilling down through the categories.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a category hierarchy in iProcurement (Main Store --> ABC --> XYZ).
2. Click Main Store, and then ABC link
3. Item XYZ does not show up.
