Adding PNtfFyiDetails=Y To HR_NEW_HIRE_MGR_SS Function Causes Error (Doc ID 1664466.1)

Symptoms

On : R12.HR_PF.B.delta.6 12.1.3 version, BasicDet,Address,Phone,Contact

After adding details pNtfFyiDetails=Y parameter to the HR_NEW_HIRE_MGR_SS and HR_EMP_STATUS_CHANGE_SS functions, the FYI notifications for the HR_EMP_STATUS_CHANGE_SS function works fine and now shows the proposed details for the transaction, but the HR_NEW_MGR_SS errors with the following:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_NEW_USER_REG_SS", line 162
ORA-06512: at line 1



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager Self-Service
2. Hire
3. Enter in new employee details
4. Submit for approval
5. No FYI notification is sent and the workflow errors
