Goal

You have a need to migrate > 50K tax registrations records and would rather not update these manually. Unfortunately, Oracle doesn't seem to have a solution for this in R12.1.3.

Searching in MOS and Google, you found that the package ZX_PARTY_TAX_PROFILE_PKG.UPDATE_ROW could possibly be used to update the tax registrations.
Additionally, the package ZX_TRN_VALIDATION_PKG.validate_trn can be used to validate the tax registrations.

Can you please confirm if these are public API's and can be used for migrate data to Oracle E-Business Tax?
