Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Transactions Related

Attempting to query a completed Credit Memo and receive the following error:

Error
FRM-40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions

You found that some of the Credit Memos are missing records in the AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL table.

You are using the script from Oracle, to recreate missing payment schedule, and it does work for most Credit Memos, but not for all.
When attempting to run the recreate script, for these Credit Memos, you receive the following error:

Error
ORA-01400 can not insert null in ("AR""AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL" "DUE_DATE")

or

Error
ORA-01400: On ARP_MAINTAIN_PS.maintain_payment_schedules
