Symptoms

The PAXACMPT PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts program output  does not show values in the USD currency.   The Capital Projectss form show the Cost In Process (CIP) amounts but the values are displayed in the Project Fuctional Currency.  These amounts should be the same.
