Symptoms
In RIQ results screen icons for "Optimal Rate", "Preferred rate" etc do not show up when accessing OTM instance behind reverse proxy because OTM seems to be inserting extra string of the instance name in the url. After disabling reverse proxy it works fine. It seems after enabling reverse proxy it is pointing to wrong location for images in RIQ result screen.
