When attempting to view the Load Configuration 3D pattern for a shipment that includes a Ship Unit that uses a Cylindrical pattern, the following error occurs.
"http:///GC3/glog.webserver.loadconfig.vrml.LoadingConfig3DPatternServlet/1394649599806?ct=1756226939&bcKey=MTM5NDY0OTI3MDAxMjox(1) : The VRML file header not found or unsupported encoding type"
Note: The Cortona visualizer shows a black screen.
-- Expected Behavior
that when selecting the 3D Load Configuration pattern that the packaged Item would be visible in the 3D viewer
1. Create a Ship Unit Specification that does not include a length dimension (intention is to model a cylyndrical object)
2. Create a Shipment with this Ship Unit Specificiation
3. Attempt to View the Load Config Diagram for this shipment
