OTM Does Not Display The Load Configuration 3D Pattern of a Cylindrical Ship Unit (Doc ID 1666934.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the Load Configuration 3D pattern for a shipment that includes a Ship Unit that uses a Cylindrical pattern, the following error occurs.

 -- Error
"http:///GC3/glog.webserver.loadconfig.vrml.LoadingConfig3DPatternServlet/1394649599806?ct=1756226939&bcKey=MTM5NDY0OTI3MDAxMjox(1) : The VRML file header not found or unsupported encoding type"

Note: The Cortona visualizer shows a black screen.

 -- Expected Behavior
that when selecting the 3D Load Configuration pattern that the packaged Item would be visible in the 3D viewer

 -- Steps

1. Create a Ship Unit Specification that does not include a length dimension (intention is to model a cylyndrical object)
2. Create a Shipment with this Ship Unit Specificiation
3. Attempt to View the Load Config Diagram for this shipment
