On : 12.1.3 version, Ship Confirm
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Delivery Numbers are not in sequence even we did the form personalization and disabled the deletion button.
Noticed that by pressing the 'Ctrl+Up Arrow' key , delivery gets deleted.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Not to delete the delivery.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Superuser > Shipping Transaction Form
2. Autocreate Delivery
3. Unassign Delivery
4. Press Ctrl+Up Arrow
