Goal

By default, the first day of each week is the same day the year began, e.g. in 2014 it would be a Wednesday. Consequently, the last day of the week is a Tuesday.
This document provides several methods how to change this, for example if the week should be from a Sunday, with Day 7 of the week being Saturday, or starting on Monday, with Day 7 being Sunday, etc.
This might be required to maintain consistent numbers from week to week across different OBI applications.
