Item Category Assignment Open Interface Import Errors When Run To UPDATE Category (Doc ID 1669165.1)

Symptoms

Item Category Assignment Open Interface import went in Error when run to  UPDATE category in Master Org Controlled Category Set. The item 'Test Item C8' was given category set "NOVGP_Purchasing" and category " 000.000.000.000"(this is the default category for this category set) whike creation. The Item Category Assignment Open Interface import was run to  UPDATE the category to " 070.000.002.002" . The program ended in error. The log says ORA-01002: fetch out of sequence
