Symptoms

When attempting to add a involved party to a GTM Transaction Line and clicking on finish,the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
insert into gtm_trans_line_inv_party
(domain_name,gtm_transaction_line_gid,involved_party_qual_gid,involved_party_contact_gid,com_method_gid) and also the below error is seen:
Cannot insert the GTM_TRANS_LINE_INV_PARTY record. COM_METHOD_GID must be set. java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into
("GLOGOWNER"."GTM_TRANS_LINE_INV_PARTY"."COM_METHOD_GID")
