Upline Shipment Being Updated When Running "Unassign All" Action on Downline Shipment

Symptoms
For the two shipments planned on a two-leg itinerary you have observed that the 'Unassign All' shipment action when run on the 2nd shipment, 1st shipment was incorrectly redriven and the 1st shipment's special services were updated.
The unassign all action should not redrive the 1st shipment. It should redrive the selected shipment along with downstream shipments, not upstream (previous) shipments.
