Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Interface Trip Stop
One Inventory Org has 486 records which are stuck to unprocessed shipping transactions.
All records are from the large order 104609.
When the interface trip stop is run for delivery 14092 (This is attached to stop_id 9073) it completes with a warning.
The log shows the following:

Error msg: Validation failed for the field - Charge Type Code
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit interface trip stop for delivery 14092
2. It completes with a warning.
3. Log shows: Error msg: Validation failed for the field - Charge Type Code
