ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Action History for a Work Order release notification is showing from = WF_ADHOC instead of the name of the actual person who approved the work order release request.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the correct name of the person who approved is shown instead of =WF_ADHOC
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create WO for release approval
2. After approval of notification check the approval history details
3. Action History for a Work Order release notification is showing from WF_ADHOC<id> instead of the name of the actual person
