Symptoms
Issues have been created due to AP SELF ASSESSED TAX distribution items were these lines are missing from the GMS table.
To re-create the missing AP, PO and REQ records in the GMS table ADL TOOL KIT is available, but this tool kit is not capable in handling the AP SELF ASSESSED TAX distribution items.
Also the ADL TOOL KIT has a custom user defined function to calculate the active encumbrance amount for the PO, which also leads to corruption sometimes.
Changes
1)ADL TOOL KIT has been modified to consider the AP SELF ASSESSED TAX distribution items while re creation of the missing AP distribution items in the GMS table.
2)PO delivered function "PO_INTG_DOCUMENT_FUNDS_GRP.get_active_encumbrance_func" has been used to calculate the active encumbrance amount for PO in place of a custom user defined function.
