Employee Self-Service eP60 No Tax Year can be Selected (Doc ID 1671331.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, UK Payroll, on a test instance, patched to 12.1.3

When attempting to view the electronic P60 via employee self service, no P60s are being displayed.

It is expected, that any generated electronic P60s for the specified employee, would be shown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From employee self service
2. Select eP60
3. Review the options available.
