Symptoms
When attempting to edit the Ship Unit information on the Rate Inquiry for OTM, the UOM fields are not populated in the edit line
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to the Rate Inquiry Screen for OTM
2. Define Ship Unit Count, Weight, Volume information into the commodities Section
3. Click Save
4. Click on the Pencil (Edit Icon)
5. The UOM information is not populated in the edit line.
