"One, Update" Setting on Voucher Reference Number is Not Updating Existing Reference Number on GenericStatus XML (Doc ID 1671800.1)

Symptoms

A Payment Reference Number Qualifier is configured as "One, Update". When a Voucher XML is processed that includes this RefNum Qualifier, where the RefNum Qualifier exists already on the Voucher, OTM is adding a second RefNum instead of updating the existing one.
