Pending Resource With ERROR Transaction Date Precedes Release Date For The Job/schedule (Doc ID 1673146.1)

Symptoms

In Pending Resource Transactions form there are several erred resource transactions having following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
Transaction date precedes release date for the job/schedule
  Cause: You entered a date that precedes the release date for your job or schedule.
  Action: Please enter a date that is on or after the release date of the job


STEPS
1.WIP > Resource Transactions > Pending Resource Transactions
