ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Supply Locator is incorrect in the Material Requirements of the WIP Discrete Jobs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The supply locator should be defaulted from the item definition level when it is missing at BOM level.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define BOM for assembly without populating the supply information (no supply type, no supply subinventory, etc.)
2. Work in Process > Discrete > Discrete Jobs
3. Create new discrete job for the assembly from step 1.
4. Check the material requirements supply info
