Symptoms

For some Inventory transactions, the PRC: Transaction Import process failed due to error in the concurrent program's log and output.

ERROR:

Functional currency cost is not within the rounding limit / rejection code: PA_EXCEED_ROUND_LIMIT

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Using a Purchasing responsibility, enter a Purchase Order (PO) in foreign currency
2. Enter a PO Receipt
3. Run Cost Collector Manager which populates data into PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL table
4. Run PRC: Transaction import, see the error in the log and output
