Symptoms

Unable to load existing webadi templates error message received

The following error has occurred

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneNoDataFoundException - The document could not be
found.
Log File Bookmark: 400216'


Wedadi templates have to be recreated before being able to upload them.

Changes

 Applied maintenance pack patches and also refresh the instance from <INSTANCE 1>.
