Symptoms
The "Customs Shipment Lintes" tab is missing when copying and using the GTM_SHIPMENT Manager Layout (even when no modifications are made)
Steps to Replicate:
1. Login into OTM
2. Create a custom Screen Set and custom Manager Layout that is a copy of GTM_SHIPMENT (with no modifications)
3. Assign this Screen Set to the User Menu
4. Click on this Link
5. Click on New button In the newly opened screen
6. The "Customs Shipment Lines" tab is missing
