Symptoms
OTM does not show the Shipment Event Tendered event in the Event History for the newly tendered shipment that is formed out of partially accepted shipment. This happens when the agent action "PROCESS PARTIALLY ACCEPTED SHIPMENT" has 'Notify Service Provide' check box off.
