Symptoms

In spite of applying patch 13019516, Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report (FAS400) still produces XML tags ONLY when run as part of Depreciation.  However, the report outputs correctly when running the report manually.

Steps to Reproduce:
(N)Depreciation > Run Depreciation

*When you run the program manually as below,  the report outputs correctly
Go to (N)Other > Requests > Run - Run "Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report"
