Customer Support Specialist Responsibility -

When creating a new task for a Service Request, a java exception is raised.

at oracle.apps.csf.skillsassign.server.SkillsAssignAMImpl.getReadOnlyFlag(

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logging Service Request from Customer Support Specialist Responsibility.
2. Create a new service request and save.
3. Create a Task for the SR.
4. On selecting the Task Type and click Go button get the java exception.
