Symptoms
iProcurement requisition change request fails with 009-UUser-Defined Exception at Accept PO Changes.
ERROR
Accept PO Changes #EXCEPTION 1 User-Defined Exception PO_ReqChangeRequestWF_PVT.ProcessBuyerAction(ACCEPTANCE:009-UUser-Defined Exception) PO_ReqChangeRequestWF_PVT.Accept_Po_Changes(PO_ReqChangeRequestWF_PVT.Accept_Po_Changes: 09) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_ReqChangeRequestWF_PVT.ACCEPT_PO_CHANGES, POREQCHA, #####-#####-#####, ######, RUN)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Skip Buyer if requisition was automatically created is checked in the Tolerances and Routings > Requester Change Order
2. Create requisition
3. Generate automatically PO as approved
4. Change the requisition
5. Click Submit
6. Shows error:
