The ability to export E-Business Suite (EBS) form data to the client desktop suddenly stopped working for all users. There have been no changes in the browser settings or in the EBS environment. When exporting form data, no activity occurs after clicking on the menu item "File: Export". The progress bar and download dialog box does not appear.
Export debug as per Step 14 on <Note 427964.1> ends with the message of "Export: Exception OTHERS"
