Symptoms

On Applications 12.1.6
When a learner is attempting to click on the Course Evaluation icon for a class in status "Pending Evaluation", the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Learner user logs into application
2. Enrollments region
3. Click on the Course Evaluation icon for a class in status "Pending Evaluation"
