On : 12.1.3 version, Item Issues

When attempting to change revision control when an item has on hand quantity, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-INV-05505: You cannot update this field when there is on-hand quantity or transaction exist.

STEPS
-----------------------
Inventory -> Setup -> Items ->Master Item
