View Accounting and View Accounting Events Not Enabled When Accessed Via Asset Workbench (Doc ID 1681962.1)

Symptoms

Using Fixed Assets Manager -> Go to Assets -> Asset Workbench -> Query asset -> Click on Financial Inquiry -> Move cursor to Cost History tab -> Click on Tools -> View Accounting and View Accounting Events are grayed out.

Using Inquiry -> Financial Information -> Query the same asset -> Click on Books -> Move cursor to Cost History tab -> Click on Tools -> View Accounting and View Accounting Events are available.
