Fleet Dispatch Board Timeline View Has Overlapping Shipments

Symptoms
When adding a Driver to the Time Phase Chart on the Dispatch Board, the Shipment IDs are cutoff. The assignments are also shifted vertically, so that they sit on top of each other.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fleet Management -> Dispatch Board
2. Click "Select and Add" on Driver pane
3. Search for Driver
4. Click "Replace Rows"
5. Right Click Driver and select "Add to Chart"
6. In driver time-phase view, select View -> Time Scale
7. Enter:
From
To
Interval
8. Click OK
Scroll to the displayed shipments, they overlap.
