Approve/Reject Buttons are Missing When Checked from EMail Approval Notification for iExpenses (Doc ID 1682714.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Approval Workflow & Builder Issues

Approve/Reject Button is missing on the email notifications that was sent to the approver from an IExpense Claimant

Approvers should be able to approve ERs from Email.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit an ER for approval
2. Open the email notification received for approval

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve ERs from mail. As a workaround, they have to access worklst
