Symptoms
When a new shipment cost or shipment informational cost is inserted , and after filling the form, Save button is clicked multiple times. System throws Java Null pointer error. Then if click on fix error, new blank new cost entry screen displays. After data is inserted and click save properly, double cost lines are created both in shipment cost and shipment informational cost
