On : 12.1.3 version, Batches
Can't transact move order issue from multiple lot or locators because of the following error:

Ora-01427 single-row subquery returns more than one row
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a formula, recipe, then create a batch
2. Perform batch picking and make sure that hand should be in such a way that multiple allocations is created, this creates a Move order with multiple allocation for ingredient
3. Go to Transact move order form and query the move order
4. Try to transact, getting above error

Due to this issue, users cannot transact move order with multiple allocations.
