Symptoms

You have added additional values to the Contact Role lookup and are trying to add a new contact but your newly defined value does not show up on the Contact Roles list of values when you use the following navigation.

  Service Contracts authoring form > Summary tab > Parties tab > Contacts

Changes

You have created your own Contact Role.
