On : 12.1.3 version, Other Inventory Issues
When attempting to assign an item to an org,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-INV-05275 ：Expense Account is required when Inventory Asset Value is “No” and Inventory Item is “Yes”.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login E-business suite
2. Go to Inventory > items > master items
3. Query the item and move to assignment tab
4. Select the org and error occurred.
