Oracle HRMS (UK) - Version 12.1 HRMS RUP6 and later

When attempting to rollback payroll run for a few employees the following error occurs.

For GB legislation:

APP-PAY-52975 Assignment action interlock rule failure

For the remaining Legislations the following error will be shown:

APP-PAY-7507 Assignment action interlock rule failure

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Payroll Run UK .
2. Payroll run was terminated before completion.
3. Try to rollback the payroll run for a few employees.
