Flexfield
Symptoms
Attempt to enter account segment values in AGIS Intercompany Account setup screen following message is shown:
'Value xxx for the flexfield segment xxx does not exist in value set xxx'.
STEPS

Navigation : Advanced Global Intercompany System > Setup >Intercompany > Accounts
Create Intercompany Accounts Web page
Enter a valid value in the 'Transacting Balancing Segment Value' box and the following Error message is shown:
'Value xxx for the flexfield segment 'Segment name' does not exist in value set 'Value set name '
Changes
Verifed via the Flexfield /Values form that the value entered does exist in the Value set and it is enabled , no end dates
