R12.2 Periodic Forecast Uploaded through Web ADI Error with "Hashtable token resolver was unable to retrieve the value within the Hashtable provided for key: x_success_msg". (Doc ID 1902974.1)

Symptoms

Periodic forecast uploads though Web ADI errors for all forecasts in R12.2.3 environment with the exception:

An error has occurred while running an API import. oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneTokenException: Hashtable token resolver was unable to retrieve the value within the Hashtable provided for key: x_success_msg

The Non periodic budget gets uploaded successfully through Web ADI.

The Web ADI uploads are working fine in R12.1.3 version, but are failing in the upgraded version of R12.2.3.
