Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Reports - PO and RCV

When attempting to select the requisition number from the LOV in purchase requisition status report,the following error occurs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Navigate to Request> Submit a new request 
3. Run Purchase requisition status report 
4. Select the Requisition number from the LOV
