Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We work extensively with Internal Requisitions and Internal Sales Orders.
A Transaction Type 'Internal' has been defined with the Scheduling Level set as 'Allow all scheduling actions'.
The Auto-Schedule option has been enabled for this Transaction Type.
The Profile Option OM: AutoSchedule has been set to 'Yes' at the Site Level.
However, when an Internal Sales Orders is imported, the item quantity is not reserved automatically; the qty reserved field in the Shipping tab does not have a value.
This in-spite of the fact that there exists enough quantity to meet the demand.
The item has been set as 'Reservable' in the source organization. The Picking subinventory is also set to Reservable.
Due to this issue, Since the items are not reserved, we cannot pick release any order. Also, the Requestors logging Internal Requisitions through iProcurement get an incorrect picture of the available stock

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Items to be reserved when the order is imported.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run order import for internal orders
