STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a demurrage setup using a rate record with accessorial cost defined as special service.
2. On the demurrage transaction created click on Calculate Charges;
3. Go back to the demurrage transaction at Shipment Info Tab;
4. Click on the ID at Shipment ID
5. This will open the related shipment;
6. Go to Financials Tab;
7. Scroll down until you see the section Special Services;
8. Click on the edit button next to the special service defined by you in the rate record.
9. In the Special Service Reference click on the Object ID of qualifier demurage.
10. Notice the error.
