French User Preference Issue With "Manage Apppointment" Menu (Doc ID 1903654.1)

Symptoms

On : 6.2.6 version, Appointment Management

In the Manage Appointments screen in the English language right clicking on an appointment brings up the context menu to Add Remarks, Adjust Appointment Time, Etc.
In the French language when right clicking on a shipment no context menu comes up.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Planification opérationnelle -> Gestion des rendez-vou -> Gestionnaire des informations de rendez-vous

Do a blind search by pressing "Rechercher" and select one of the Appointment ID's and press "Reprogrammer le rendez vous"

In the Window that opens, scroll to the time slot where you see an appointment, put the cursor there and do a right click.
No pop up list opens unlike it does in the English version.
